1. The service
VRise provides study-abroad tools including university and program discovery, profile-based matching, scholarship information, deadline tracking, test-prep materials, and AI-assisted guidance. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@vrise.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent academic credentials or identity
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, or reverse engineer the service beyond permitted law
- Use AI Coach or other tools to generate harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content
- Resell or redistribute VRise content without permission
4. Educational guidance only
VRise is an informational and advisory tool. It is not a university, scholarship funder, immigration lawyer, or guarantee of admission, funding, or a visa. Always verify requirements and deadlines with institutions and official authorities. See our Data Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual property
The VRise brand, interface, and original content belong to H7F Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. or its licensors. University names, test names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for informational identification.
6. Subscriptions and free tiers
Some features are free; others require a paid plan. Pricing and entitlements are described on our Pricing page. Fees, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law or as we state at purchase.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy of third-party institutional data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, H7F Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VRise, including decisions about applications, tests, or visas.
8. Termination
You may stop using VRise and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the platform or other users.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
